The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held on the 15th of March 2024 at 6.00 pm (location is to be determined).
Nominations for executive committee members: Any member shall have the right to make a nomination, with the written consent of the candidate, for election as one of the members of the executive committee. Such nominations must be sent in by email so as to reach the secretary-general by Friday 8th March 2024. All nominations are to have a seconder.
Quorum: The quorum for the AGM can only start if at least 50%+1 of the members of the Club are present for said General Meeting. In the event that this quorum is not reached within the first 30 minutes, the General Meeting will proceed provided that, at least, 15 members of the Club (over and above the number of Executive Committee members) are present.
